Data Processing Addendum

1. Roles
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") applies where Sitova processes personal data on your behalf (for example, the leads your forms collect). You are the controller; Sitova is the processor.
2. Processing
We process personal data only on your documented instructions and as needed to provide the Service, for the duration of your use of the Service, and for the categories of data and data subjects reflected in your use.
3. Security & confidentiality
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures and ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality. We assist you, taking into account the nature of processing, with security, breach notification, and data-subject requests.
4. Sub-processors
You authorize our use of sub-processors bound by equivalent obligations. We remain responsible for their performance.
5. Deletion & audit
On termination we delete or return personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We make available information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance.
